Reporting Payments Accepted Under 31 U.S.C. 1353
The Office of Government Ethics' DAEOgram, Download do04036.pdf , requires agency heads to submit to OGE no later than December 15, 2004, the next semiannual report of payments received from non-federal sources in conection with the attendance of employees at certain meetings or similar functions (31 U.S.C. 1353).
