Air Force ethics lawyer Mark Stone has released a non-exhaustive, but useful one-page overview of "Ethics Rules for DoD Employees (Military & Civilian) Regarding Non-Federal Entities." Thanks to Mark for allowing reproduction here.

Mark's employer, the Air Force Materiel Command, has a web site that archives this and other valuable material. The site "validates" users by requiring them to obtain a password, but this is relatively painless.
